Toujours pas internet a la maison, mais j’espere que c’est pour bientot. J’ai enfin demenagé a Beyrouth, plus proche de tout (malheureusement aussi plus proche du magasin de laine qui vend du Rowan -au double du prix normal, mais du Rowan quand meme).
J’ai un peu tricoté aussi malgres le manque de temps, en ce moment je travaille sur un Baby’s first tattoo pour le bebe d’une de mes profs, en noir avec des tetes de mort blanches ^^ (le pire c’est que c’est elle qui le veux comme ca, pour mon plus grand bonheur).
J’essaierai de mettre mon blog et mon compte Ravelry a jour le plus vite possible!
- I still don’t have internet at home, but I hope I’ll get it soon. I’ve finally moved to Beirut, so I’m closer to everything (unfortunately, I’m also closer to the yarn store that sells Rowan -at double the normal prices, but Rowan nonetheless).
I’ve knitted a little despite the lack of time, at the meantime I’m knitting a Baby’s first tattoo for my teacher’s baby, in black with white skulls ^^ (she wants it this way, to my delight).
I’ll try to update my blog and Ravelry account as soon as possible!
Knit on the beach!

Apres ma resurrection et ma recomposition, je me suis remise a tricoter! Lentement cependant car un facteur incompatible avec le tricot s’est implanté dans ma chambre:

Pour en revenir a nos moutons (sans mauvais jeux de mots huhu) je ne tricotait qu’a la plage pour eviter que ma pelotte ne s’emmelle (meme si Bebe sait fouiller dans les sacs. Umf. Ne me demandez pas comment je le sait.) et que mon tricot ne soit defaît, je tricotait bien tranquillement quand j’allais…à la plage!
To go back to the main subject, I would only knit at the beach to avoid my yarn to get all entangled (althout Bébé knows how to get stuff from bags. Umf. Don’t ask me how I know.) and my knitting to get frogged, I would knit quietly…at the beach!
Je tricote la Lace Ribbon Scarf du Knitty du printemps, avec un fil 100% coton. Elle est tres agreable a tricoter, excellent projet pour passer le temps, le diagramme est facile a memoriser.
I’m knitting the Lace Ribbon Scarf from the Spring Knitty, with 100% cotton yarn. It’s really pleasant to knit, it’s a great project to kill time, the pattern is easy to memorize.
A part ca, voila quelque chose que je voulait bloguer depuis un certain temps: un tricotin en bois que j’avais peint pour mon tatoueur, il m’avait demandé que je lui en ramène un de suède mais je voulait le peindre d’abord. Je pense que je vais le garder car le monsieur ne s’est pas exactement demené pour me voir apres mon tatouage alors je vois pas pourquoi je me casserai le cul (si vous me passez l’expression) a lui offrir ca (c’est pas mechant, c’est juste une constatation, je n’ai rien contre lui et il est excellent tatoueur).
Besides that, here’s something I wanted to blog about a while ago: a wooden knitting loom which I have painted for my tattooist. He had asked me to get him one from Sweden but I wanted to paint it before I give it to him. Though I think I’m going to keep him since the dude didn’t exactly sweat to see me after I got inked, so I really don’t see why I should bother giving him such a gift (no harm intended, I’m only stating, I have absolutely nothing against him and he is and excellent tattoo artist).
